They can be called upon to search for personnel within the Motor Trade from Trainee to MD across the UK.In 2003 Lisa Unstead now a Director of Perfect Placement UK was employed in general recruitment in Norwich; during this time she saw an opening in the market for a Specialist Automotive Recruitment Agency. From this idea she formed Perfect Placement UK, based initially from home with just a telephone and The Yellow Pages; the Company began servicing just the local area. However, in a short period of time it became obvious that the levels of service being provided were in demand and this proved to be the ‘perfect’ blueprint for a National Company. In April 2005 Perfect Placement UK relocated to a small self contained City office. Still providing the same levels of service with which Perfect Placement UK had made their name.Quickly the team expanded driven by the same values and ethos upon which Perfect Placement UK had been first conceived.By January 2007 they were covering Southern England and the City office was at bursting point both with levels of business and staff. The decision was then taken to provide a service throughout The UK; in May 2007 Perfect Placement UK moved offices to a self contained dedicated Recruitment Centre. Lisa was keen to see the same levels of service, ethos, ethics and family feel continue. There are 5 members of Lisa’s immediate family working for Perfect Placement UK out of a total staff of 26. This expansion saw the business grow and with it Lisa’s dream was realised, Perfect Placement UK is now a truly National company, able to source candidates UK wide for clients on a National basis.As Perfect Placement UK grow, it is important to remember where they came from, and just how far the journey has taken them in such a small amount of time.
